Meltdown of the official story

A physicist at Brigham Young University placed, in 2005, upon BYU's website a peer-reviewed paper which is very unsettling to the Bush Administration and all "believers" in the government's official story about what hit us on 911. The physicist, an instructor in physics at BYU, is named Steven E. Jones. According to Christopher Bollyn of the American Free Press, writing in the May 1 & 6, 2006 issue, pages 10 and 11:

"On the picturesque campus of the private Mormon university, surrounded by snow-capped peaks, Jones teaches physics and carries out research in the fields of metal-catalyzed fusion, solar energy and archeometry, or the scientific study and analysis of artifacts.

"As an archeometrist, Jones applies physics to explain events in the past. Since last year (2005) when he became aware of the unanswered questions of 9-11, he has focused his attention on the available data and evidence.

"The unexplained presence of molten metal at the World Trade Center (WTC) puzzled Jones and he contacted [Christopher Bollyn] to confirm the reports first published in American Free Press in 2002. These reports came from two men involved in the removal of the rubble: Peter Tully of Tully Construction of Flushing, N.Y., and Mark Loizeaux of Controlled Demolition, Inc., of Phoenix, Md.

"Tully told AFP that he had seen pools of 'literally molten steel' in the rubble.

"Loizeaux confirmed this: 'Yes, hot spots of molten steel in the basements,' he said, 'at the bottom of the elevator shafts of the main towers, down seven levels.' The molten steel was found 'three, four, and five weeks later, when the rubble was being removed,' he said. He confirmed that molten steel was also found at WTC-7, which mysteriously collapsed in the late afternoon."

There is now additional proof of those pools of molten steel, thanks to NASA satellite thermo-graphic images of the site, which reveal three "hot spots" ranging in temperatures which molten steel/iron would exhibit. And, thanks to the photographs collected by another physicist, Jeff King of M.I.T., we have excellent photographs of the molten steel.

Steven Jones includes Jeff King's photographs in his paper at BYU's website, as well as numerous other convincing photos and related research points of interest. The paper is a scientific, peer-reviewed paper, which is as of June 2006 fifty-two pages in length. The paper includes many links to source websites and other publications. The paper is quite damning for the official government story of what happened to us on 911. How is it "damning"?

The official government-issued story states that "terrorists" hijacked four airliners and drove three of them into structural targets in New York and Washington DC without any assistance from U.S. government persons or agencies. The official government story states that the combination of airplanes being driven into the twin towers, and resultant fires, caused the collapses of the twin towers. It does not mention the placing of explosives in the twin towers and building WTC-7 prior to that morning's hijackings. In fact, FEMA and the NIST and other official government agencies have all gone on record with descriptions of the attacks which completely preclude any possibility of explosives having been placed inside the three buildings in question at the WTC prior to the morning of 911. The official government story says that the three buildings which collapsed on 911 at the WTC were brought down by a combination of airplane collisions (one each on the twin towers and no collision on WTC-7) and ensuing fires, which burned so hotly that the fires weakened the infra-structures of the buildings and led to their collapses.

That particular aspect of the official government story doesn't hold water, as Steven Jones has proved and as we shall see. This is very important, for it shows clearly that the government is obviously lying about this. And we must understand that if the government is deliberately lying about there having been explosives "planted" inside three buildings of the WTC prior to the morning of 911, then the government's entire story is in jeopardy.

That is very serious, so let's look at some facts.

Regarding my comment about the US government taking the time and trouble to debunk the conspiracy theory which states that the United States created the Mujahedeen, which morphed into al Qaeda, that government article is here:

The Paper That Roared

Steven Jones' earth-shaking peer-reviewed paper on thermite and thermate as the hypothetical cause of the collapses of the three WTC buildings on 911 is here:


In visiting that webpage, please allow yourself time to follow the resource links and to view the video files which accompany Dr. Jones' remarkable paper. This is very important.

That paper is on a respectable University's website. Dr. Jones is a respectable physics instructer at BYU. He has a number of associates in the physics departments at various other University and College campuses, including Jeff King of M.I.T. Dr. Jones is also a member of Scholars For 911 Truth.


That one website right there could serve to answer just about any question anyone might have. Scholars For 911 Truth is possibly the most powerful collection of reputable scientists and academics devoted to investigating the unanswered questions and anomalies which surround the government's lies about 911.

When Alex Jones held his 911 Truth symposium at Los Angeles a couple of months ago ( June, 2006) Dr. Jones was one of the panelists. His presentation was filmed by C-SPAN during C-SPAN's two hour coverage of Alex Jones' two-day symposium. In that film footage, which has been shown nationwide on C-SPAN at least five times, Dr. Jones holds up for C-SPAN's cameras a sample of previously-molten metal from the rubble of the World Trade Center. By the word of a tenured professor of physics at BYU, we learn that this sample, and others present at the Physics Department of BYU, contains "thermate".

Thermate is what we get when we add sulfur to thermite. Thermate is a patented material used by controlled demolition companies to swiftly cut through massive steel columns and girders and beams to effectively implode buildings which are to be demolished by controlled demolition techniques.  We now have thermate samples from the rubble of the World Trade Center.

It is going to prove very difficult indeed for the government to come up with some sort of believable explanation regarding the presence of thermate in the rubble of the WTC buildings which came down on 911. Very difficult indeed.

Tentatively, we may now hold, as a premise which needs yet to be proven by the scientific processes which are being carried out at various physics departments and private-sector labs, that some one placed explosives and thermite and thermate inside the three buildings which collapsed on 911 at the WTC. Most of us who have been viewing and re-viewing the many documentary films on 911 for several years now do not need the physics which Dr. Jones has provided - indeed, simply seeing the CBS coverage of Building number WTC-7 going down at about five-thirty that afternoon was all it took for me to know beyond any doubt that controlled demolition was involved in that building's collapse. But now we have physical evidence of controlled demolition to accompany what our senses must tell us when watching that building come down. Additionally, we have the building's owner, Mr. Larry Silverstein, stating on nationally-televised PBS television that he and the Fire Department of New York decided to "pull" building number WTC-7. (He has since then changed his story, but it's too late to take back the statement,for it's all over the world now on film footages which have been inserted into many documentary films on 911. Everyone who has questions about the collapses has seen it, or shall soon see it. )

Now let's pause for a moment and reflect upon another anomalie regarding WTC-7 on 911. On the 23rd floor of WTC-7 was a multi-million-dollar reinforced command, control, and communications bunker which was shared by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, FEMA, the CIA, and the Secret Service, along with other related agencies.  It was a state-of-the-art military-style command center. Was it equipped with the infamous PROMIS software? We shall soon find out. Could it have been where the camera was located which was trained on the North Tower when flight 11 allegedly plunged into the building, and which sent that broadcast secretly to the Bush-43 entourage in Florida? We'll find out about that as well, I trust. What we do know for a certainty is that the bunker on the 23rd floor of WTC-7 housed highly-secretive Intelligence community operations which functioned with FEMA and various other agencies at the State and Federal levels. We also know that the building came down in its own footprint under what may only be described as a process which perfectly resembles the feats of controlled demolition.

An interesting aside is that the FEMA exercise of that morning had already set up a make-shift command, control, and communications bunker on a nearby pier, and that is where Mayor Giuilani and his party absconded before WTC-7 came down. That is a lead which the mainstream media and press have mysteriously avoided. While at this time it proves nothing, or at best, little, it is important to note that at this time.

And another anomaly is the fact that the President's younger brother, Marvin Bush, had been on the board of Securicom, which was the company in charge of the WTC's electronic security systems, until late 2000. That doesn't prove anything,admittedly, but it adds to the ever-increasing mountain of "coincidences" which surround and permeate the known facts of 911.

So let's see now - what could "controlled demolition" have to do with my premise that "criminal elements within the Federal government, aka: the shadow government, orchestrated and executed the attacks of 911"?

Well, its first claim to fame is that it proves flat out that the government and mass media is lying about what really happened on 911. That's pretty huge in and of itself. But there are other connections available now that we've established that. In preparing readers here to look more deeply into that can of worms, let's get into this first:





Before the March, 2005 issue of Popular Mechanics hit the newsstands, I had already read James Meigs' article at Popular Mechanics' website. For some reason, Popular Mechanics had felt the need to expose as lies all the conspiracy theories circulating around the United States and abroad. With an air of arrogance and a "gotcha" attitude, James Meigs employed his finest mental warriors in an effort to debunk what he considered to be "9/11 LIES". The genius behind the article, which spans pages 70 through 81, was Benjamin Chertov. Benjamin Chertov is, coincidentally, the cousin of the Secretary of Homeland Security, Michael Chertov. Small world.

So Benjamin Chertov was placed in charge of the project to write the article debunking what Popular Mechanics claimed to be the sixteen "most prevalent claims made by conspiracy theorists". Here, according to Popular Mechanics, is what Benjamin Chertov undertook: "Popular Mechanics assembled a team of nine researchers and reporters who, together with PM editors, consulted  more than 70 professionals in fields that form the core content of this magazine, including aviation, engineering, and the military."

Popular Mechanics is a Hearst publication and, being therefore a left-over from the bully days of J.P. Morgan, is fully in lock-step with the CFR and other globalist factions, which goes far in exposing the motive for a magazine like Popular Mechanics to focus so much energy, expense, and manpower on an article attempting to debunk the notions of a bunch of misfit, malcontent, ignorant, anti-establishment peasants whose opinions should not matter to anyone anyway. While implying that I and every American like me is a "liar",  Meigs, Benjamin Chertov and company composed an article for Popular Mechanics to show the world just how deficient my mentality is when compared to the truth. Here is a sample taken from the introduction to the elaborate article:

It has been 3-1/2 years since the September 11 attacks. In that time, the American people have questioned why we were caught off guard and have demanded to know the whole story behind the events of that terrible day. But as a society we accept the basic premise that a group of Islamist terrorists hijacked four airplanes and turned them into weapons against us. [bold emphasis mine]

Sadly, the noble search for truth is now being hijacked by a growing army of conspiracy theorists. A few of these skeptics make a responsible effort to sift through the mountain of information, but most ignore all but a few stray details they think support their theories. In fact, many conspiracy advocates demonstrate a maddening double standard. They distrust every bit of the mainstream account of 9/11, yet happily embrace the flimsiest evidence to promote their wildest notions: that Osama bin Laden attacked the United States with help from the CIA; that the hijacked planes weren't commercial jets, but military aircraft, cruise missiles or remote-control drones; that the World Trade Center buildings were professionally demolished.

Fortunately, facts can be checked. For our special report, PM compiled a list of the 16 most common claims made by conspiracy theorists, assertions that are at the root of virtually every 9/11 alternative scenario. These claims all involve fields that are part of PM's core expertise--structural engineering, aviation, military technology and science.

We assembled a team of reporters and researchers, including professional fact checkers and the editors of PM, and methodically analyzed all 16 conspiracy claims. We interviewed scores of engineers, aviation experts, military officials, eyewitnesses and members of the investigative teams who have held the wreckage of the attacks in their own hands. We pored over photography, maps, blueprints, aviation logs and transcripts. In every single instance, we found that the facts used by conspiracy theorists to support their fantasies were mistaken, misunderstood or deliberately falsified.

Reasonable people are entitled to wish that our government had been better prepared and more alert. But those who peddle fantasies that this country encouraged, permitted or actually carried out the attacks are libeling the truth--and disgracing the memories of the thousands who died that day.

 I immediately wrote an "open letter to James Meigs" and published that on my website. I did not send the letter to Mr. Meigs, but spread it around the Internet, where it joined a gush of other blasts at the incendiary Popular Mechanics article by Americans who've grown weary of government lies.

My letter focused on one of the sixteen "conspiracy theories" only - the amazing collapse of World Trade Center building number 7 (WTC-7). In my letter I reproduced the brief section Popular Mechanics had devoted to WTC-7, as follows:

WTC7 Collapse
Mr. Meigs speaking: [conspiracy theorists] CLAIM: Seven hours after the two towers fell, the 47-story WTC 7 collapsed. [EA note: accounts of the exact time of collapse vary from 5:20 pm to 5:30 pm.] According to 911review.org: "The video clearly shows that it was not a collapse subsequent to a fire, but rather a controlled demolition: amongst the Internet investigators, the jury is in on this one."

[EA note: Meigs, Chertov, and company have selected 911review.org as the quintessential voice of questioners like myself on the topic of WTC-7. I prefer to speak for myself.  The video coverage of the collapse of WTC-7, shot from three different cameras at three different locations, is on several documentary films provided to the Committee. The most telling coverage is on the segment by CBS.]

[Popular Mechanics' statement of] FACT: Many conspiracy theorists point to FEMA's preliminary report, which said there was relatively light damage to WTC 7 prior to its collapse. With the benefit of more time and resources, NIST researchers now support the working hypothesis that WTC 7 was far more compromised by falling debris than the FEMA report indicated. "The most important thing we found was that there was, in fact, physical damage to the south face of building 7," NIST's Sunder tells PM. "On about a third of the face to the center and to the bottom--approximately 10 stories--about 25 percent of the depth of the building was scooped out." NIST also discovered previously undocumented damage to WTC 7's upper stories and its southwest corner.

NIST investigators believe a combination of intense fire and severe structural damage contributed to the collapse, though assigning the exact proportion requires more research. But NIST's analysis suggests the fall of WTC 7 was an example of "progressive collapse," a process in which the failure of parts of a structure ultimately creates strains that cause the entire building to come down. Videos of the fall of WTC 7 show cracks, or "kinks," in the building's facade just before the two penthouses disappeared into the structure, one after the other. The entire building fell in on itself, with the slumping east side of the structure pulling down the west side in a diagonal collapse.

According to NIST, there was one primary reason for the building's failure: In an unusual design, the columns near the visible kinks were carrying exceptionally large loads, roughly 2000 sq. ft. of floor area for each floor. "What our preliminary analysis has shown is that if you take out just one column on one of the lower floors," Sunder notes, "it could cause a vertical progression of collapse so that the entire section comes down."

There are two other possible contributing factors still under investigation: First, trusses on the fifth and seventh floors were designed to transfer loads from one set of columns to another. With columns on the south face apparently damaged, high stresses would likely have been communicated to columns on the building's other faces, thereby exceeding their load-bearing capacities.

Second, a fifth-floor fire burned for up to 7 hours. "There was no firefighting in WTC 7," Sunder says. Investigators believe the fire was fed by tanks of diesel fuel that many tenants used to run emergency generators. Most tanks throughout the building were fairly small, but a generator on the fifth floor was connected to a large tank in the basement via a pressurized line. Says Sunder: "Our current working hypothesis is that this pressurized line was supplying fuel [to the fire] for a long period of time."

WTC 7 might have withstood the physical damage it received, or the fire that burned for hours, but those combined factors--along with the building's unusual construction--were enough to set off the chain-reaction collapse.

Next, in my open letter, I summarized Popular Mechanics' findings:

1) Building number 7 was far more compromised by falling debris than initially thought.
2) A combination of fierce fire and structural damage "contributed to" WTC7's collapse.
3) WTC7 collapsed in what NIST says was a "progressive collapse".
4) Fifth- and Seventh-floor trusses may have contributed to the building's collapse.
5) South face damages produced stresses which affected columns on the other faces.

Additionally, you note the following:

6) that a fifth-floor fire raged for seven hours;
7) that there was no fire-fighting in building number 7;
Cool that the fire was fueled by a pressurized fuel line which ran from the basement upward to the fifth floor, feeding that fire "for a long period of time".

I then discussed the following:

Nothing in your article alludes to a gentleman named Mr. Larry Silverstein.

Had you and your team of experts done your homework with an open mind, it might have dawned on you to interview Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, the Secret Service, the CIA, and Mr. Larry Silverstein about the fate of WTC7.

You see, Mr. Silverstein was, prior to and during the time of 911, the lease-holder on all seven buildings and properties of the World Trade Center. Only a few months prior to 911, Mr. Silverstein had signed a ninety-nine year lease. His massive insurance policy included coverage of "terrorist event" damages.

Mr. Silverstein would have, as lease-holder on the properties, thereby been in charge of everything involved in the WTC-complex daily functions, as well as in the WTC security contracts, communications contracts, energy contracts, legal arrangements, engineering contracts, maintenance contracts, insurance networks, and other aspects of ownership's responsibility. And, not withstanding the NIST report furnished to you by FEMA and by 'scientific experts' on buildings as noted above, Mr. Silverstein had the nerve, about one year after 911, to come right out and admit that WTC7 was demolished professionally. He, in so many words, says WTC7 was brought down by professionally-executed controlled demolition. The term he used to describe that was: "Pull", as in "to pull it" or in "it was pulled". In the demolitions industry, the term "Pull" is the common term for the controlled demolition of a building, as we all know. [EA note: we have recording of a Controlled Demolition workman, on a later date when they were bringing down the remaining buildings at the WTC, using the term "pull" to specify the bringing down of WTC-6. "We're getting ready to pull number 6." That recording is on one of the films which I've presented to the Committee.]

Yes, despite the fact that your experts and yourself have gone to great lengths to "explain" how WTC7 collapsed without any controlled demolition, Mr. Silverstein made a little speech about that. PBS chanced to film his public statement, live, and many thousands of Americans now have video copies of his statement in their homes as you read this. Here is what Mr. Silverstein confessed, approximately one year after 911, transcribed faithfully by myself for you from the PBS  footage:

"I remember getting a call from the, er, fire department commander, telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to contain the fire, and I said, 'We've had such terrible loss of life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it.' And they made that decision to pull and we watched the building collapse." ~ Larry Silverstein, lease-holder of the WTC buildings, on PBS.

Now, Mr. Meigs, in light of Mr. Silverstein's public and PBS-filmed statement of approximately one year after 911, in which he says the Fire Department of New York and he decided to "pull" WTC7 and then "we watched the building collapse", I'm wondering how much gravity your readers might put into your "debunking" of the conspiracy theorists' claim that WTC7 was professionally demolished, once the American public has seen the footage of Mr. Silverstein saying that?

A good question which you'll certainly wish to investigate now is this: Since, according to the man who owned the lease on the WTC, the building was demolished by controlled demolition, how, in heaven's name, could that building have been wired and prepared for implosion between the time the FDNY called Mr. Silverstein that day with their concerns about being unable to save the building and the 5:32 pm collapse?

Think about that for a moment. Can a building of 47 stories, in which there are several fires, be prepared for demolition in a matter of five hours or less? We've all seen the building go down, from various angles as the cameras of the American news services filmed the event, and it is obvious that the building was pulled by controlled demolition. Mr. Silverstein himself said that is how it came down. Question: how could anyone possibly have loaded all the ordnance onto all the steel beams on enough floors in a matter of five or less hours to effect the amazingly perfect collapse which we all saw on television that afternoon?

In addition to my initial questions for Mr. Meigs,  we here should ask ourselves, how many trucks loaded with explosives would have been required to bring into WTC-7 the sufficient tonnage of explosives needed to "pull" the building; and who drove those trucks; and who unloaded those trucks and carried all those explosives into the building; and who ordered them to do that? If Silverstein and the FDNY decided to "pull" WTC-7, wouldn't they have had to enlist fire-fighters in the task? Wouldn't someone have had to look up the blue-prints for WTC-7, and read them to see where the charges should be placed for the type of collapse we all saw on TV that afternoon? There are many questions such as these, all of which need answers. The 911 Commission not only failed to ask those questions; it failed to even mention the collapse of WTC-7 in its final report. That is a very astonishing and suspiciously damning omission by the Commission.

Another question: Since it is physically impossible to prepare a 47-story building for a controlled demolition in a matter of mere hours (such a demolition project usually requires two or more weeks), especially when the neighborhood is awash in panic, destruction, and thousands of deaths requiring massive government-service responses while the place was crawling with police, rescue workers, firefighters, and etc., do we not have to realize that the explosives were placed inside WTC-7 well prior to the morning of 911?

I wish that things were this simple, but in this case they are not as simple as I'd like them to be. I have not seen any footage on it, as of July, 2006, but I have recently heard, (and am unable to verify), that Larry Silverstein has rescinded his public statement regarding his and FDNY's decision to "pull" WTC-7. One can only wonder why Mr. Silverstein would have intentionally lied on public television about pulling that building. Or, on the other hand, one can only wonder why Mr. Silverstein has [allegedly] retracted that statement, which would mean that on the one occasion or the other, he has lied. He simply cannot have ordered the controlled demolition of WTC-7 and also have not ordered the controlled demolition of WTC-7. If he has indeed now changed his story, then the man is lying one way or the other. One wonders why, but one also knows that on the one count or the other, Larry Silverstein has lied.

Perhaps Mr. Silverstein's memory took a jolt of sorts while his insurance settlements were still up in the air. Let's look into this more closely. Silverstein found the nerve to claim twice the allocated maximum coverage for the loss of the twin towers, because, according to him, each plane hitting each building was a separate attack. Two "terrorist attacks" would equal in Mr. Silverstein's mind the right to claim twice the insurance coverage. Nice guy that he is, he filed for about seven billion dollars in damages - twice the amount of coverage.

What came up to thwart his effort to profit off of 911 was not expected by Mr. Silverstein. Seems one of his insurance-company's stockholders decided to file a suit challenging the company's payout to Mr. Silverstein before the insurance company executed its own investigation. To me it seems a bit odd that an insurance company would pay billions of dollars on a claim without investigating the claim and the cause of the claim. Any insurance company will investigate a burned home or a wrecked car before paying out a sizeable settlement, yet the company insuring the WTC did not see any reason to investigate the most shocking crime scene in American history before paying out billions of dollars to the policy holder, Mr. Silverstein.

One last item of interest should be included in this sketchy note on WTC-7. Guess which company was in charge of security at the WTC.... And guess who had, during years prior to 911, sat on the board of that company.... Marvin P. Bush is the President's younger brother. For _ years he was on the board of Securicom, stepping aside in the year 2000, a respectable number of months before 911. The company on which he had sat as a board member would have had to know of the bombs being placed in the building before 911.


But we may want yet more evidence that bombs were present inside buildings prior to and on the morning of 911. Let's look at the Twin Towers, WTC-1 and WTC-2.

Dr. Gayle,
Having recently reviewed your team's report of 10/19/04, I felt the need to contact you directly.
As I'm sure you know, the company I work for certified the steel components used in the construction of the WTC buildings. In requesting information from both our CEO and Fire Protection business manager last year, I learned that they did not agree on the essential aspects of the story, except for one thing - that the samples we certified met all requirements. They suggested we all be patient and understand that UL was working with your team, and that tests would continue through this year. I'm aware of UL's attempts to help, including performing tests on models of the floor assemblies. But the results of these tests appear to indicate that the buildings should have easily withstood the thermal stress caused by pools of burning jet fuel.
There continues to be a number of "experts" making public claims about how the WTC buildings fell. One such person, Dr. Hyman Brown from the WTC construction crew, claims that the buildings collapsed due to fires at 2000F melting the steel (1). He states "What caused the building to collapse is the airplane fuel burning at 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit. The steel in that five-floor area melts." Additionally, the newspaper that quotes him says "Just-released preliminary findings from a National Institute of Standards and Technology study of the World Trade Center collapse support Brown's theory."
We know that the steel components were certified to ASTM E119. The time temperature curves for this standard require the samples to be exposed to temperatures around 2000F for several hours. And as we all agree, the steel applied met those specifications. Additionally, I think we can all agree that even un-fireproofed steel will not melt until reaching red-hot temperatures of nearly 3000F (2). Why Dr. Brown would imply that 2000F would melt the high-grade steel used in those buildings makes no sense at all.
The results of your recently published metallurgical tests seem to clear things up (3), and support your team's August 2003 update as detailed by the Associated Press (4), in which you were ready to "rule out weak steel as a contributing factor in the collapse". The evaluation of paint deformation and spheroidization seem very straightforward, and you noted that the samples available were adequate for the investigation. Your comments suggest that the steel was probably exposed to temperatures of only about 500F (250C), which is what one might expect from a thermodynamic analysis of the situation.
However the summary of the new NIST report seems to ignore your findings, as it suggests that these low temperatures caused exposed bits of the building's steel core to "soften and buckle"(5). Additionally this summary states that the perimeter columns softened, yet your findings make clear that "most perimeter panels (157 of 160) saw no temperature above 250C". To soften steel for the purposes of forging, normally temperatures need to be above 1100C (6). However, this new summary report suggests that much lower temperatures were be able to not only soften the steel in a matter of minutes, but lead to rapid structural collapse.

This story just does not add up. If steel from those buildings did soften or melt, I?m sure we can all agree that this was certainly not due to jet fuel fires of any kind, let alone the briefly burning fires in those towers. That fact should be of great concern to all Americans. Alternatively, the contention that this steel did fail at temperatures around 250C suggests that the majority of deaths on 9/11 were due to a safety-related failure. That suggestion should be of great concern to my company.
There is no question that the events of 9/11 are the emotional driving force behind the War on Terror. And the issue of the WTC collapse is at the crux of the story of 9/11. My feeling is that your metallurgical tests are at the crux of the crux of the crux. Either you can make sense of what really happened to those buildings, and communicate this quickly, or we all face the same destruction and despair that come from global decisions based on disinformation and "chatter".
Thanks for your efforts to determine what happened on that day. You may know that there are a number of other current and former government employees that have risked a great deal to help us to know the truth. I've copied one of these people on this message as a sign of respect and support. I believe your work could also be a nucleus of fact around which the truth, and thereby global peace and justice, can grow again. Please do what you can to quickly eliminate the confusion regarding the ability of jet fuel fires to soften or melt structural steel.

911 and the Precautionary Principle: Aircraft Parts as a Clue to their Identity

The precautionary principle is based on the fact it is impossible to prove a false claim. Failure to prove a claim does not automatically make it false, but caution is called for, especially in the case of a world-changing event like the alleged terror attacks of September 11, 2001. The Bush administration has provided no public evidence to support its claim that the terror attacks were the work of Muslim extremists or even that the aircraft that struck their respective targets on September 11 were as advertised. As I will show below, it would be a simple matter to confirm that they were - if they were. Until such proof is forthcoming, the opposite claim must be kept in mind as a precaution against rushing to judgment: the 911 hijackings were part of a black operation carried out with the cooperation of elements in our government.

In July 1965 I had just been commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U. S. Air Force after taking a solemn oath that I would protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and that I would bear true faith and allegiance to the same. I took that oath very seriously. It was my constant companion throughout a thirty-year military career in the field of aircraft maintenance.

As an additional duty, aircraft maintenance officers are occasionally tasked as members of aircraft accident investigation boards and my personal experience was no exception. In 1989 I graduated from the Aircraft Mishap Investigation Course at the Institute of Safety and Systems Management at the University of Southern California. In addition to my direct participation as an aircraft accident investigator, I reviewed countless aircraft accident investigation reports for thoroughness and comprehensive conclusions for the Inspector General, HQ Pacific Air Forces during the height of the Vietnam conflict.

In all my years of direct and indirect participation, I never witnessed nor even heard of an aircraft loss, where the wreckage was accessible, that prevented investigators from finding enough hard evidence to positively identify the make, model, and specific registration number of the aircraft -- and in most cases the precise cause of the accident. This is because every military and civilian passenger-carrying aircraft have many parts that are identified for safety of flight. That is, if any of the parts were to fail at any time during a flight, the failure would likely result in the catastrophic loss of aircraft and passengers. Consequently, these parts are individually controlled by a distinctive serial number and tracked by a records section of the maintenance operation and by another section called plans and scheduling.

Following a certain number of flying hours or, in the case of landing gears, a certain number of takeoff-and-landing cycles, these critical parts are required to be changed, overhauled or inspected by specialist mechanics. When these parts are installed, their serial numbers are married to the aircraft registration numbers in the aircraft records and the plans and scheduling section will notify maintenance specialists when the parts must be replaced. If the parts are not replaced within specified time or cycle limits, the airplane will normally be grounded until the maintenance action is completed. Most of these time-change parts, whether hydraulic flight surface actuators , pumps, landing gears, engines or engine components, are virtually indestructible. It would be impossible for an ordinary fire resulting from an airplane crash to destroy or obliterate all of those critical time-change parts or their serial numbers. I repeat, impossible.

Considering the catastrophic incidents of September 11 2001, certain troubling but irrefutable conclusions must be drawn from the known facts. I get no personal pleasure or satisfaction from reporting my own assessment of these facts.

United Airlines Flight 93

This flight was reported by the federal government to be a Boeing 757 aircraft, registration number N591UA, carrying 45 persons, including four Arab hijackers who had taken control of the aircraft, crashing the plane in a Pennsylvania farm field.
Aerial photos of the alleged crash site were made available to the general public. They show a significant hole in the ground, but private investigators were not allowed to come anywhere near the crash site. If an aircraft crash caused the hole in the ground, there would have literally hundreds of serially-controlled time-change parts within the hole that would have proved beyond any shadow of doubt the precise tail-number or identity of the aircraft. However, the government has not produced any hard evidence that would prove beyond a doubt that the specifically alleged aircraft crashed at that site. On the contrary, it has been reported that the aircraft, registry number N591UA, is still in operation.

American Airlines Flight 11

This flight was reported by the government to be a Boeing 767, registration number N334AA, carrying 92 people, including five Arabs who had hijacked the plane. This plane was reported to have crashed into the north tower of the WTC complex of buildings.
Again, the government would have no trouble proving its case if only a few of the hundreds of serially controlled parts had been collected to positively identify the aircraft. A Boeing 767 landing gear or just one engine would have been easy to find and identify.
United Airlines Flight 175

This flight was reported to be a Boeing 767, registration number N612UA, carrying 65 people, including the crew and five hijackers. It reportedly flew into the south tower of the WTC.

Once more, the government has yet to produce one serially controlled part from the crash site that would have dispelled any questions as to the identity of the specific airplane.

American Airlines Flight 77

This was reported to be a Boeing 757, registration number N644AA, carrying 64 people, including the flight crew and five hijackers. This aircraft, with a 125-foot wingspan, was reported to have crashed into the Pentagon, leaving an entry hole no more than 65 feet wide.

Following cool-down of the resulting fire, this crash site would have been very easy to collect enough time-change equipment within 15 minutes to positively identify the aircraft registry. There was apparently some aerospace type of equipment found at the site but no attempt was made to produce serial numbers or to identify the specific parts found. Some of the equipment removed from the building was actually hidden from public view.


The government alleges that four wide-body airliners crashed on the morning of September 11 2001, resulting in the deaths of more than 3,000 human beings, yet not one piece of hard aircraft evidence has been produced in an attempt to positively identify any of the four aircraft. On the contrary, it seems only that all potential evidence was deliberately kept hidden from public view. The hard evidence would have included hundreds of critical time-change aircraft items, plus security videotapes that were confiscated by the FBI immediately following each tragic episode.

With all the evidence readily available at the Pentagon crash site, any unbiased rational investigator could only conclude that a Boeing 757 did not fly into the Pentagon as alleged. Similarly, with all the evidence available at the Pennsylvania crash site, it was most doubtful that a passenger airliner caused the obvious hole in the ground and certainly not the Boeing 757 as alleged. Regarding the planes that allegedly flew into the WTC towers, it is only just possible that heavy aircraft were involved in each incident, but no evidence has been produced that would add credence to the government's theoretical version of what actually caused the total destruction of the buildings, let alone proving the identity of the aircraft. That is the problem with the government's 911 story. It is time to apply the precautionary principle.

As painful and heartbreaking as was the loss of innocent lives and the lingering health problems of thousands more, a most troublesome and nightmarish probability remains that so many Americans appear to be involved in the most heinous conspiracy in our country's history.

I'm George Nelson; I served four years of enlisted service, and 30 additional years as a commissioned officer in the Air Force---- Please, let me begin by saying, that I get no pleasure or personal satisfaction whatsoever from speaking out in opposition to the US government's official conclusions, and the 911 Commission's official report of the tragedy that occurred on September 11th, 2001.
I'm a trained aircraft accident investigator. I completed the University of Southern California's accident investigation course in 1989. I was an aircraft maintenance manager throughout my military career and was assigned additional duties as a member of accident investigations for the Air Force. In every case of an aircraft loss, an accident investigation was always conducted and a report was issued through command channels, and it made no difference if the loss was due to an obvious accident or if it had been shot down by enemy fire. An investigation was always conducted, and a report was always filed, even if the plane was under 5,000 feet of water and not recoverable.

In the case of all four reported aircraft losses on 9-11, each one was reported to have been carrying commercial passengers aboard scheduled commercial airliners. Federal Aviation regulations in Part 121, governs the operations of all scheduled airlines that operate inside the United States, including foreign airlines, which transit through our airports in commercial operations. In the case of each aircraft loss that occurred on 9-11, the regulations are very clear and unambiguous— investigations were required, and the reports would have covered the loss circumstances in excruciating detail, including all collateral damage incurred. Especially in the cases of such horrendous loss of life, collection of physical evidence would have been paramount in determining the precise causes of each loss. Scientific and reasoned deductions are permitted only after an exhaustive search and analysis of physical evidence has been completed. Hundreds of parts from each of those four aircraft are critical for safety of flight, and as such, must be meticulously controlled by only one-of-a-kind, dedicated, serial numbers. These parts are required by FAA regulations to be tracked and removed and replaced at a designated number of flying hours or a number of actual cycles. Just like the toughness of black boxes, these components are virtually indestructible and relatively easy to find among the crash wreckage. Each of the aircraft would have two engines that are nine feet in diameter, and would have had many of the critical, serialized parts installed. Several sets of massive landing gears would have been easy to find and identify, and each of these parts would have been linked to one, and only one aircraft in the world. The aircraft parts from the two World Trade Center buildings, the Pentagon and the hole in the ground at Shanksville, Pennsylvania would have disclosed the specific identity of each aircraft, and those parts did not “vaporize” as some Pentagon spokespersons have reported. The parts may have since “vaporized” but not during the reported crashes. The well-known “Black Boxes” were reported to have been found, but were immediately confiscated and seem to have since, disappeared.
Independent news photographers and investigators at Shanksville, Pennsylvania were kept far away from the reported aircraft crash site by security cordons and guards. The public could only view the crash site by an aerial photo. The photo shows an impact area only 20 feet long by 10 feet wide, and the photo shows no sign of crash wreckage inside the small area. Most small fighter planes create larger holes than that, and again, no aircraft accident report has been made public. This only serves to heighten the public's growing skepticism of the 911 Commission report.

And then we have the reported crash of a Boeing 757 with a 125-foot wingspan that was reported to have crashed into the Pentagon. It made a 16-foot diameter hole in the building at ground floor, and penetrated three inner rings of the building and left an almost perfect circular hole as it exited the third inner ring of the building. If an aluminum Boeing 757 had struck that fortified building, there would have been more aluminum on the ground outside than what went inside, yet there was little visible evidence of an airplane crash on the outside. What physical evidence that could have been of some value, was immediately carted away under cover. And once again, there's the annoying problem of the missing Black Boxes.

In the interest of time, I'm going to relate just one more piece of key evidence. The aircraft that was reported in the government's official story to have crashed into the south tower was United Airlines, Flight 175 carrying 65 passengers, including the crew and five highjackers. One of the television news cameras captured the Boeing 767, just as it was banking into a left turn, seconds before striking the building. Underneath the fuselage, installed across the starboard aircraft wing root, is a visible, large piece of equipment that most viewers have called a “Pod”. Many have speculated what purpose the “Pod” might have served on a passenger carrying, scheduled airliner, but such speculation is pointless at the present time. The fact is, that such extraneous equipment would have never have been installed on a Part 121, scheduled airliner in the first place. Every piece of equipment proposed for use on an aircraft after its production must be issued a Supplemental Type Certificate by the FAA prior to installation. No record of an STC was found that would authorize such external equipment to be used on a Part 121, Boeing 767 airliner. This leads to a more disturbing speculation, that the airplane seen hitting the south tower was not UAL flight 175, but a plane that had been substituted for flight 175.

The National Transportation Safety Board decides which of three organizations will take the lead role in Part 121 accident investigations. Sometimes the NTSB will assume the lead, and in some cases they will assign lead responsibility to the FAA, but most always if criminal foul play is suspected, the lead role will be assigned to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with the technical assistance of both the FAA and NTSB. It's fair to say, in this case that the NTSB suspected criminal foul play on 9-11, so which agency had primary responsibility for the investigations and required reporting? Where are the reports? Where is the physical evidence to back up those reports? Does anyone recall TWA Flight 800 that was bound from the US to Paris about four years ago? The FBI was assigned the lead roll, suggesting that foul play was suspected, and the FBI gave almost daily reports on the evening news channels, but ultimately the FBI's conclusion was, that a spark in one of the internal fuel tanks caused the fatal explosion. At least we all knew in that case, there was an investigation conducted, such as it was.
I could go on and on with the many weaknesses in the 9-11 Commission's report, but there's little reason to belabor the details, so I'd like to offer just two or three websites where anyone who's the least bit interested can find most every weakness in the 9-11 Commission report. In these few minutes we've just begun to scratch the surface. For further information, we suggest you research the following websites for yourself, but there are many more credible sources available. I'm frequently asked by people hearing me speak about9-11, “Why in the world are you speaking out about this tragedy? Doesn't it worry you?” I answer the same way every time I'm asked----- “Because I'm a man with a conscience. You can see by my age that I must have grand children, and I do. I'm about to turn this country that I deeply love, over to my children and my grand children. And as I look around, I don't like what I see happening to it.

Military Reloads with Nanotech

Smaller. Cheaper. Nastier. Those are the guiding principles behind the military's latest bombs. The secret ingredient: nanotechnology that makes for a bigger boom.

Nanotechnology is grabbing headlines for its potential in advancing the life sciences and computing research, but the Department of Defense (DoD) found another use: a new class of weaponry that uses energy-packed nanometals to create powerful, compact bombs.

With funding from the U.S. government, Sandia National Laboratories, the Los Alamos National Laboratory, and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory are researching how to manipulate the flow of energy within and between molecules, a field known as nanoenergentics, which enables building more lethal weapons such as "cave-buster bombs" that have several times the detonation force of conventional bombs such as the "daisy cutter" or MOAB (mother of all bombs).

Researchers can greatly increase the power of weapons by adding materials known as superthermites that combine nanometals such as nanoaluminum with metal oxides such as iron oxide, according to Steven Son, a project leader in the Explosives Science and Technology group at Los Alamos.

"The advantage (of using nanometals) is in how fast you can get their energy out," Son says.

Son says that the chemical reactions of superthermites are faster and therefore release greater amounts of energy more rapidly.
"Superthermites can increase the (chemical) reaction time by a thousand times," Son says, resulting in a very rapid reactive wave.
Son, who has been working on nanoenergetics for more than three years, says that scientists can engineer nanoaluminum powders with different particle sizes to vary the energy release rates. This enables the material to be used in many applications, including underwater explosive devices, primers for igniting firearms, and as fuel propellants for rockets.

However, researchers aren't permitted to discuss what practical military applications may come from this research.
Nanoaluminum is more chemically reactive because there are more atoms on the surface area than standard aluminum, according to Douglas Carpenter, the chief scientific officer at nanometals company Quantumsphere.

"Standard aluminum covers just one-tenth of one percent of the surface area (with atoms), versus fifty percent for nanoaluminum," Carpenter says.

Carpenter says the U.S. military has developed "cave-buster" bombs using nanoaluminum, and it is also working on missiles and torpedoes that move so quickly that they strike their targets before evasive actions can be taken.

"Nanoaluminum provides ultra high burn rates for propellants that are ten times higher than existing propellants," says Carpenter.
The military is also trying to make sure that its bullets kill quickly.

The U.S. Army Environmental Center began a program in 1997 to develop alternatives to the toxic lead that is used in the hundreds of millions of rounds that are annually fired during conflicts and at its training ranges.  Carpenter says that although bullets using nanoaluminum are ready to be field tested, the government has been slow implement the technology.

"Getting the government to change the way they kill people is difficult," Carpenter says.

Because nanometal provides a higher concentration of energy while requiring fewer raw materials, the overall cost of these weapons would drop, according to Kevin Walter, vice president of technical business development at nanometals manufacturer Nanoscale Technologies.

"You get a little better bang for your buck," Walter says.

The nanometals can be produced in particles as small as eight nanometers, Walter says, and then combined with other chemicals to create the explosive materials, which can also be used for non-military applications including pyrotechnics and explosives for mining.
Nanotechnology "could completely change the face of weaponry," according to Andy Oppenheimer, a weapons expert with analyst firm and publisher Jane's Information Group. Oppenheimer says nations including the United States, Germany, and Russia are developing "mini-nuke" devices that use nanotechnology to create much smaller nuclear detonators.

Oppenheimer says the devices could fit inside a briefcase and would be powerful enough to destroy a building. Although the devices require nuclear materials, because of their small size "they blur the line with conventional weapons," Oppenheimer says.

The mini-nuke weapons are still in the research phase and may be surreptitiously funded since any form of nuclear proliferation is "politically contentious" because of the possibility that they could fall into the hands of terrorists, Oppenheimer says.

The creation of much smaller nuclear bombs adds new challenges to the effort to limit weapons of mass destruction, according to Oppenheimer.

"(The bombs) could blow open everything that is in place for arms control," Oppenheimer says. "Everything gets more dangerous."

The dangers to a free society that are implicit in the use of secret intelligence informers have long been recognized. In his Constitutional History of England, written in the mid-19th century, Sir Thomas May observed:

Men may be without restraints upon their liberty; they may pass to and fro at pleasure: but if their steps are tracked by spies and informers, their words noted down for crimination, their associates watched as conspirators -- who shall say that they are free? 1
May pointed to the use of informers by "continental despotisms," noting that "the freedom of a country may be measured by its immunity from this baleful agency."
On the other hand, law enforcement officials see informants 3 as a highly effective technique -- one justified by the public's interest in the detection of crime and the prosecution of criminals. FBI officials testified to the Committee that informants "provide one of the best and most complete forms of coverage" in their investigations. 4 Former Attorney General Katzenbach testified that the use of intelligence informants in the mid-1960s to infiltrate the Ku Klux Klan -- a technique urged upon the FBI by President Johnson, Attorney General Robert Kennedy, and Mr. Katzenbach -- was a principal factor in stopping repeated acts of criminal violence.
This Appendix, pursuant to the Committee's mandate under Senate Resolution 21, focuses on the use of informants in FBI intelligence investigations who are recruited, paid and directed by Bureau Special Agents. The Committee did not examine the use of informants in FBI criminal investigations nor did the Committee examine instances of the "walk-in" who volunteers information to the FBI on a one-time basis. As discussed in more detail below, paid and directed intelligence informants are extensively used in FBI domestic intelligence investigations of groups and individuals. These intelligence informants are, the subject of this Appendix.

The use of informants to collect intelligence on Americans is not confined to the FBI. The Committee also examined the use of intelligence informants by other agencies. In the late 1960s,informants and undercover agents were used by the CIA and Army Intelligence to secretly penetrate domestic groups. In 1968, about 1500 Army intelligence agents were engaged in monitoring and penetrating civilian activity in the United States; although a 1971 Defense Department directive now generally limits the military's collection of information about private groups and individuals, the directive permits the military to secretly penetrate civilian groups where approved by the Defense Department. A. Summary of Facts

1. The Extensive Use of Intelligence lnformants

The paid and directed informant is the most extensively used technique in FBI domestic intelligence investigations. Informants were used in 85 percent of the domestic intelligence investigations analyzed in a recent study by the General Accounting Office. 5 By comparison, electronic surveillance was used in only 5 percent of the cases studied. The FBI places strong emphasis on informant coverage, in intelligence investigations, instructing agents to "develop reliable informants at all levels and in all segments" of groups under investigation. 6

The Committee's investigation revealed that the FBI was using more than 1,500 domestic intelligence informants as of June 30, 1975. 7

The FBI budget for Fiscal Year 1976 programmed a total of $7,401,000 for the intelligence informant program, more than twice the amount allocated for the organized crime informant program.


Subversive Informants. -- The FBI classifies its paid and directed intelligence informants into two categories, "subversive" and "extremist," corresponding to the two types of domestic intelligence investigations. "Subversive" 22 informants are those used in the investigation of "subversive activities," defined in Section 87 of the FBI Manual as "activities aimed at overthrowing, destroying, or undermining the Government of the United States or any of its political subdivisions" by illegal means. 23 Section 87 has been applied to the activities of the Communist Party and a wide variety of other organizations which the FBI believes have revolutionary characteristics. During the Vietnam War, investigations of individuals labeled "Key Activists" were conducted under Section 87, in which informant coverage was stressed. For example, in January 1968, instructions went out to ten major field offices to designate certain persons as "Key Activists." They were defined as "individuals in the Students for a Democratic Society and the anti-Vietnam war groups [who] are extremely active and most vocal in their statements denouncing the United States and calling for civil disobedience and other forms of unlawful and disruptive acts." 24 There was to be "an intensive investigation" of each "key activist":
Because of their leadership and prominence in the "new left" movement, as well as the growing militancy of this movement, each office must maintain high-level informant coverage on these individuals so that the Bureau is kept abreast of their day-to-day activities as well as the organizations they are affiliated with, to develop information r egarding their sources of funds, foreign contacts, and future plans. 25

Extremist Informants. -- "Extremist" informants 25a are those used in the investigation of "extremist" activities, defined in Section 122 of the FBI Manual in the same way as subversive activities but also including "denying the rights of individuals under the Constitution....."

My "conspiracy theory" includes the attendant premise that a shadow government operating inside our visible governmental structures at the Federal level uses "patsies", "moles", "willing dupes", known criminals, and "terrorists" to do their dirty work. My conspiracy theory also includes the premise that a small number of government employees oversee, or "surveil" these "assets", all the while using their services to create acts of terrorism. I maintain that these shadow-government operatives do this on behalf of U.S. foreign and domestic policy, and the Federal agencies who provide the contexts within which the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. agency called FEMA and the U.S. Intelligence community from the DIA to the NSA are all used as "service-providers" for the banking interests which dominate the movement of the U.S. Federal government in its treasonous ploy to destroy the American middle class, install a domestic police state, fatten the coffers of the Arms Industry and the Energy Industry (both of which comprise the largest single contributors to American political processes), and establish the PNAC's goal of "American Primacy" on the global scale.

This part of the thread shall prepare us to look into the "motive" behind the events of 911. A deeper understanding of the motive shall serve us well in understanding how it came to pass that a shadow government could exist and operate secretly from within Federal agencies and on Wall Street.

One of the more remarkable facets of government cover-up is brought to our attention by Patrick B. Briley's report to the Congressional 911 Commission. Regrettably, the Commission did not choose to publish Mr. Briley's report, nor give it any attention prior to publishing their report. In this letter I shall share with your Committee a substantial portion of Mr. Briley's report. We may well ask why this information has not been officially presented to the American public.

I wish to note at this time that cause and effect are never separate events in our physical universe. Neither may exist as such without the other. Without an effect, there can be no cause, and where there is no presence of a cause, there shall be no effect. I refer to this universally understood observation as the “law of cause and effect”. Cause and effect are always joined, always exist only in relationship with each other, and although an effect may seem to be causeless, our common sense tells us better.

Therefore, where there is an effect there must be a cause. Terrorism is an effect. It is an effect of a cause. That cause, I submit, is comprised of many inter-related and co-operating factors and variables, the sum of which contribute to the makeup of the greater, more generalized “cause”. That Palestine and Israel are in conflict may be a part of that greater causality; that Pakistan and India are in conflict may contribute to that greater causality; that Iraq and Iran are in conflict may contribute to that greater causality– yet each of these conflicts, and each of countless others, individually represents but a portion of the overall cause from which the effect of terrorism is now displayed as a symptom.

Neither of the above-mentioned localized inter-Semitic feuds would in and of itself constitute the general cause of terrorism on the massive scale which we today observe. To those conflicts the Western governments, including the United States of America, have added catalysts in the form of finance, business, politics, military activity, religious influence, media influence, and, perhaps most powerfully, the influence of myriad Intelligence community activities rendered covertly by a number of nation-states, including the Intelligence community of the United States of America. Recall, CIA began tampering with the destiny and internal affairs of middle-east nation-states when CIA assaulted and took out the government of Iran in 1953. CIA did indeed use government-sponsored terrorism to do that. The sponsoring government was our own. The initiation of the aggression was our own and that of the British Empire. Our Intelligence operations in the middle-east have never ceased since that time. In fact, our Intelligence operations have spread vastly across the entire middle-east to encompass the western peripheries of Eurasia. For example, we now know that CIA began erecting proprietaries in Uzbekistan in 1998, preparing for what was to come. We note, coincidentally of course, that CIA's timing for establishing CIA business fronts in Uzbekistan coincided with the publication of Brzezinski's “The Grand Chessboard” and the formation of the PNAC.

But back to “cause and effect”. One of the effects of the CIA's debauchery in Iran at that time had to be a general anger toward the U.S. government. You and I would be extremely angered and vengeful if another nation assassinated some of our politicians, burned houses, bombed buildings, tampered with our economy, ran our President out of the country, and installed their puppet government here. I know of no reason to expect any other reaction from the Iranian people for our having done that to their nation.

That anger finally erupted some twenty-six years later when the Shah, who was the CIA's puppet head of state, was overthrown by the Iranian people. I submit that the Iranian people had every moral right to detest U.S. involvement in their internal affairs, especially in light of the fact that CIA used terrorism, bombings, and murders to take down the Iranian government and install its own. Perhaps it's my libertarian mindset, but to me, a bully is always definable as someone who initiates aggression. The sad fact of undebatable history is that the U.S. Intelligence community, working in conjunction with the British Empire's Intelligence community, initiated that aggression in response to Mossedegh's decision to nationalize Iran's oil industry in 1953. It was done at the request of British Petroleum, just as the same thing was done in Guatemala at the request of the Rockefeller-owned United Fruit Company.

Structure and Infrastructure

As we have already observed, there exists a hierarchy in the dispersion of authority within governmental infra-structure. At the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) there is a central office, then regional offices, then localized specific field offices, then operatives, officers, and related miscellaneous affiliates such as paid and unpaid informants, underworld contacts, some law enforcement community contacts, and etc. Atop all that sits the U.S. Department of Justice with its commander, the U.S. Attorney General.

The Attorney General, and the Department of Justice under his leadership, are expected to follow closely the Policy of the White House, in harmony with dictates and requirements in consideration of the Congress and the Supreme Court and the U.S. Constitution.

Issuing downwardly and outwardly from the office of the U.S. Attorney General are the many Policies which denote and define the duties of the FBI. The FBI's own internal hierarchy forwards down its chain of command those policies which are formalized in DOJ and which originated from the Policy as understood through the Common Law, from the White House or/and U.S. Department of State Policy. When a sitting U.S. President appoints an Attorney General, that appointee is expected to reflect through his administration of DOJ's duties and activities the Policy of the appointing President.

The agency's basic structure includes: Criminal Justice Information Services Division; Training Division; Personnel Division; Information Resources Division; National Security Division; Criminal Investigative Division; Laboratory Division; Finance Division. The Director of FBI has for his subordinate and immediate assistance the Office of The General Counsel; the Office of the Deputy Director; the Office of the Chief of Staff; and the Inspection Division.

To look at the FBI from the bottom up, we must begin with the individual officer attached to a field office. An individual officer is assigned a work-load and a “field” or area or group in which to operate as an agent for his office. He becomes the man on the street, so to say, the man who contacts and observes various “real” people. When he is tasked with the gathering of information he is expected to cultivate new sources and maintain previous sources as needed. He must do a lot of paperwork. He is expected to be on the ball, to show initiative in his work, to perform by furnishing his office results which add to the effectiveness of the office and support the entire hierarchy from the ground up.

Often times, he is expected to operate clandestinely, to infiltrate a group or organization or network of targeted individuals deemed worthy of FBI surveillance. His purpose and goal include an obligation to reflect the Policy of the Administration and the DOJ. His work is reviewed and selections from his work are sent up the chain of command to appropriate levels of authority – sometimes, but not in all cases, as we shall see.

The FBI has an interesting perspective from which to view the world of crime, and that perspective has lately morphed into the world of “terrorism”. As we might expect, the FBI routinely seeks to infiltrate and to spy upon criminal groups, “terrorist” groups, “cells”, and networks. Toward that purpose the FBI uses the talents of its operatives and their “informants”, as well as input from other agencies both domestic and foreign.

One informant who has been used extensively by the FBI is a man named Ali Mohammed. The case of Ali Mohammed is a perpetual embarrassment for the FBI. Among his many claims to fame, Ali Mohammed personally trained Osama bin Laden's bodyguards and assisted in the writing of the CIA's manual for Jihad, which was taught to Osama bin Laden's Mujahideen in Afghanistan in the 1980s. But Ali Mohammed also worked for the FBI as an informant, and for the CIA as an asset, and for the U.S. Army as a Special Forces (Green Beret) instructor at Fort Bragg.

My attention was first drawn to the name Ali Mohammed when I read a report to the Congressional 911 Commission from Patrick B. Briley, an acquaintance of Devvy Kidd. [2] Before looking at some sections of his report to the 911 Commission, let us look at Patrick B. Briley the man.

Briley was chosen to work under Admiral Rickover at Naval Reactors. He volunteered for Naval service from 1968 to 1976 during the Viet Nam era including being in Naval ROTC, a battalion commander of his ROTC unit and a Midshipman on board the ballistic missile submarine, SSBN 624, the Woodrow Wilson, as well as serving at Naval Reactors in DC for Admiral Rickover.

" My Polaris submarine patrol in the Pacific was in far East Asia near China but I can not elaborate any more than that other than to say it was a very special, historically significant and exceptionally dangerous.”

Patrick started research and investigation into terrorist attacks after the Oklahoma City bombing. He became inspired to do so in part because of the FBI's hostile treatment of his wife, who witnessed something at the site of the Oklahoma City Murrah Federal building bombing which the FBI did not want publicized. Pat submitted his findings concerning the OKC bombing and the 9-11 attacks in briefings to high-level staff for the Senate Judiciary and Senate and House Intelligence committees, House Speaker Dennis Hastert, and the 9-11 Commission.

Having read for my own interests a number of Mr. Briley's reports, I am of the opinion, presently, that Mr. Briley does not work for the U.S. Intelligence community, is not a dis-information specialist or psy-ops operative, is not a propagandist, but, rather, is a conscientious American who is dedicated to exposing those Players within the Intelligence community who facilitate the execution of crimes or who themselves commit crimes against the American people under the cover of National Security. I invite you and your Committee to assess the man for yourselves after reading the results of his investigative ventures into the world of domestic terrorism and the role played in terrorism by the U.S. Intelligence community. Counter Terrorism Antecedents for the 9/11 Attacks - Terrorism Cover-Up

Hastert's office has also received and discussed the report.

The report is accompanied to the 9/11 Commission with a copy of a Federal lawsuit OKC
attorney Mike Johnston filed against Iraq in the DC court of Federal Magistrate Deborah
Robinson in March 2003 The lawsuit contains evidence relevant to the participants and
sponsors of 9/11 as well as the OKC bombing. Johnston is also an expert and prior
litigant on Iraqi acquisition of WMDS technologies inside the US prior to the Gulf War. (snip)....

A PBS Frontline documentary aired Thursday, October 16, 2003 and was entitled
"Chasing the Sleeper Cell" and examined the extended, long term FBI surveillance of an
Al Qaeda terror cell at Lackawanna, New York after 9/11. In the documentary FBI
official Dale Watson of the Joint FBI and CIA Counter terrorism Center (CTC) was
interviewed at length: (snip)....

CTC Chief Watson said the bureau felt it could ensure that nothing would happen "while
it continued to watch the suspects, in the hope of being led to bigger prey."

FBI CTC official Dale Watson was exhibiting the same mentality that prevailed before
9/11 with the FBI tracking of terrorist hijackers for too long, that is, to "continue to watch
the suspects, in the hope of being led to bigger prey " while mistakenly assuring the
White House with a 99 per cent probability that nothing bad would happen" even though
the FBI intentionally left known terrorists on the streets. This same policy and
mentality affected FBI and CIA handling of the known 9/11 hijackers before 9/11 as this
report describes below. (snip) [EA note: the FBI did finally get the Lackawanna cell off the street.]

But the Lackawanna cell is not the only Al Qaeda cell the FBI was monitoring at the time
and prior to 9/11. In the fall of 2001 the Washington Post and Bob Woodward
reported that the FBI was monitoring at the same time but not moving against 5
known Al Qaeda terror groups inside the US only one of which was the Lackawanna

These other 4 known cells still have not been taken off the streets to this day. (snip)

What should further concern the Commission is that apparently the FBI has convinced
the administration to go back to the old way of operating prior to 9/11 to continue to
monitor for years members of six known large Al Qaeda cells inside the US without
taking them off the streets. I refer the Commission to the following quote in the NY
Times article by [Don Van Natta Jr.] from Aug 23, 2003, "Six Groups Said to Be
Monitored in U.S. for Possible Qaeda Links":

"American officials have limited their actions so far to intensive surveillance of the
suspects, who they say are spread across 40 states, in order to gather more information
about their plans and organization, the officials said. The decision to continue the
surveillance, rather than to detain some suspects, reflects a strategic shift by United States
government investigators. They said they had concluded that at this stage it was more
valuable to try to learn more about the groups' activities and possible plans through
extended observation." (snip)


The following is some detailed evidence and proof of FBI, CIA and White House policy,
surveillance activities and conduct that permitted known terrorists to operate inside the
US for years prior to 9/11, the OKC bombing and the 1993 WTC bombing when some of
these same terrorists were actively involved in two and in some cases all three of these
attacks and bombings. This failed policy needs reevaluation and correction so that
attempts to stop future terror attacks inside the US will be more successful:

1. The FBI and CIA station chief in the Philippines learned the details of plans for the
OKC bombing and plans to train hijacker pilots for a 9/11 style attack on the WTC, other
US skyscrapers and DC Federal buildings (not Project Bojinka) in January and February 1995.

The CIA and FBI learned this information from CIA surveillance of Abu Sayeff
terrorist cell meetings involving Iraqi operative Khalid Mohammed, his nephew Ramzi
Yousef, Abdul Murad, Wali Khan, Philippino Edwin Angeles, Americans John Lebney,
and Terry Nichols, and 5 Iraqi agents including a bomb expert.

The CIA and FBI also learned of this information in debriefings from undercover
Philippine Intelligence agent Edwin Angeles who was in the meetings. John Lebney was
engaged in Chinese appliance sales and was known to the CIA. Further information was
learned by FBI interrogation of fellow cell members (arrested) Abdul Murad and Wally

Khalid Mohammed made these plans for the 9/11 style attack with FBI and CIA
knowledge in 1995 a full year before Khalid went to Bin Laden and Al Qaeda in 1996 to
finalize and gain support for his plans.

Khalid Mohammed has told US interrogators that he indeed planned the 9/11 mission in
the Philippines in 1995. Philippine authorities have told CNN that the Philippine
government told the FBI and CIA of the plot in 1995. The FBI legal attaché blocked the
Pentagon terror advisor, Jesse Clear, from getting details of 1995 Abu Sayeff meetings
with Terry Nichols out of the Philippines starting in 1996. This is according to what Jesse
Clear personally told me in late 1996.

In the Philippines in late January 1995 the FBI and CIA also obtained access to Ramzi
Yousef's computer hard drive. The computer hard drive contained a letter from Khalid
Mohammed to a Mr. Siddiqy urging greater help from Mr Siddiqy. News reports stated
that one or more Siddiqys were suspects involved in the 1993 WTC bombing and the
1995 OKC bombing. Anis and Assad Siddiqy and Mohammed Chafti from Brooklyn
New York were arrested immediately after the OKC bombing and then the FBI had them
released the same day. [EA note: See David Schippers/Alex Jones interview below.]

The FBI claims they lost track of their arrest and the FBI 302 reports of their arrest until
they were discovered in the Dallas FBI SAC office of Danny Defenbaugh in January
2001. FBI agent Odom from Denver twice actively tried to intimidate the witness Debbie
Burdick to keep silent about her eyewitness account that she had seen the Siddiqy's and
Chafti with McVeigh in OKC near the bombing scene.

The Commission needs to know that Mohammed Chafti, and Anis and Assad Siddiqy
from Brooklyn New York were suspects in the 1993 WTC bombing and were involved
in the OKC bombing with McVeigh. On the day of the OKC bombing FBI agent Floyd
Zimms admitted to OKC police officers that Zimms deliberately gave out false
information concerning the vehicle driven by the men. Zimms deliberately and falsely
identified their getaway car as an old green Oldsmobile Cutless, one Zimms used to
drive, but not the vehicle the men were driving on the day of the bombing when they fled
to Dallas and were later released. The vehicle two of the men were driving was a rental
car from Dallas, the men had switched the plates on their rental car, they were detained
initially by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and later arrested in Dallas. One of the other
men was arrested in OKC at a motel. The FBI intervened in Dallas and OKC and had the
men later released for reasons unknown.

The CIA and Tenet should have known that Saddam Hussein and Iraq made direct
payments to 911 hijacker Mohammed Atta and mastermind Khalid Mohammed via the
Muslim and Syrian brotherhood starting over ten years before 9/11 and while they were
working with Iraqi agents.

The CIA and Tenet should have known that Iraq used Abu Nidal to train Ramzi
Youseff, Khalid Moahmmed and the 9/11 hijackers Mohammed Atta and Ziah Jarrah,
who were the roommates of fellow hijacker Al Shehhi in Hamburg.

The CIA and Tenet should have known that Ramzi Yousef traveled with Iraqi Dr. Ishan
Barbouti in the US and in England during the 1980s to acquire WMDS for Iraq including
from US companies. This is also further described in the addendum below.

Khalid Mohammed worked with an American citizen who was also an FBI informant,
Melvin Lattimore, and they both helped carry out all three of these attacks,
1993 WTC, the OKC bombing and 9/11. This is explained in detail in item 7 and other
items following below. [emphasis mine]

2. FBI agents visited the Norman flight school in 1999 after a visit by 9/11 hijacker
Mohammed Atta, and told the owners that they were tracking Atta as a suspect in a terror
plot involving airliners. Bin Laden's personal pilot had trained at the Norman flight
school in 1996. The FBI was tracking hijacker pilots being trained in the US because the
FBI and CIA had learned of the 9/11 plot by Khalid Mohammed starting in 1995
described in item 1 above.

[EA note: The Abu Sayeff meetings in the Philippines in early 1995] The FBI visited several flight schools in Phoenix and Norman tracking the training of the hijacker pilots well before 9/11. See items 3-8 below.

3. FBI agent Ken Williams used informant Adjai Collins in Phoenix to track hijacker
Hani Hanjour for over three years. FBI agent Steven Butler used informant Abdussattar
Shaikh in San Diego to track for at least two to three years the hijacker pilots Hani
Hanjour, Al Hazmi and Al Mihdhar.

While living with Abdussattar Shaikh, hijackers Al Hazmi and Al Mihdhar had frequent
visits from Mohammed Atta and Hani Hanjour. The FBI agent Steven Butler who was
Shaikh's handler claims that he never had reason to suspect Al Hazmi, Al Mihdhar, Atta or
his informant Abdussattar. [EA note: We might wonder – why surveil them if they were not suspect?]

Yet the FBI knew that Shaikh paid for computers for Al Hazmi and Al Mihdhar and that
he paid for a rental car the FBI knows was driven by them between San Diego and
Phoenix for their visits with hijacker Hani Hanjour in the fall of 2000.

Al Hazmi and Al Mihdhar lived with Hanjour in a San Diego apartment from February
2000 to September 2000 and had limousines pick them up for short rides in the middle of
the night.

Then Al Hazmi and Al Midhar moved to the house of long time FBI counter intelligence
informant Abdussattar Shaikh in September 2000 where their rent was paid for by a
Saudi Omar al-Bayoumi who worked for officials of the Saudi Arabian consulate in Los
Angeles. Al-Bayoumi is believed by the FBI to be an intelligence officer. Al-Bayoumi
put Al Hazmi and Al Mihdhar in contact with their new landlord and FBI informant
Shaikh at the local mosque where Shaikh was a leader of the mosque.

According to an October 5, 2002 article in the New York Times the FBI refused to allow
the San Diego FBI informant Abussattar Shaikh and his handler, FBI agent Steven Butler
to testify before the Congressional hearings on 9/11 about their monitoring of 9/11
hijackers Al Hazmi, Hani Hanjour and Al Hamdi:

"As for Butler, his criticism of FBI headquarters and the intelligence community,
in general, led to a punitive transfer and he left the FBI in disgust."

What is important for the Commission to note is that the 9/11 Congressional report states
the best chance the FBI had to unravel the 9/11 plot was by paying more attention to the
FBI informant Abdussattar Shaikh who lived with Al Hazmi and Al Mihdhar.

4. FBI agent Ken Williams sent a memo to an FBI unit in the CTC directed by Dale
Watson in the early summer of 2001. William's memo warned of Al Qaeda plans to use
hijacked airlines inside the US based on information Williams had learned about hijacker
Hani Hanjour from informant Adjai Collins. One should wonder if Williams's memo was
also based on information learned about Hani Hanjour co-hijackers Atta, Al Mihdhar and
Al Hazmi from FBI agent Butler and FBI informant Abdussattar Shaikh. Williams'
memo to an FBI CTC unit was ignored and Watson claimed he did not learn of the
Williams memo in time.

5. While the FBI CTC units ignored Williams, Williams persisted and contacted the CIA
directly in the early summer of 2001 about his evidence and concerns pertaining to
Al Qaeda training pilots for attacks inside the US. Williams was reprimanded for going to
the CIA.

continuing from previous postings... Patrick B. Briley's report to the Congressional Committee on 911:

The Commission should determine if the Williams memo and conversations with the CIA
reached Cofer Black of the CIA part of CTC and if William's information was included
in the CIA report concerning Al Qaeda attacks inside the US discussed by Dr. Rice at
President Bush's Daily Brief on August 6, 2001. If this information was not provided in
the CIA report and part of Dr. Rice's briefing on Aug 6, 2001, then the Commission
should determine why it was not, especially since then it should have been, because the
CIA knew about it in detail from Ken Williams in time to put it in the CIA report for Dr.

The Commission needs to be fully aware that according to Senate Intelligence Committee
staff Director Eleanor Hill, the White House ordered the classifying and withholding
from Congress all information the US knew about terror mastermind Khalid Mohammed
and his 9/11 plot plans, the foreign [Saudi] sponsorship of the plans with money and help
to 9/11 hijackers Al Hazmi and Al Mihdhar and Hani Hanjour via Saudi Omar Al-Bayoumi
and all antecedent information the President was told about the 9/11 plot before 9/11.

The 9/11 Congressional report leaves out the most important facts that the information
from Ken Williams memo (that reached the CIA) was specific about Al Qaeda attacks
inside the US using hijacked airlines with the very hijacker pilots ATTA, HANJOUR,
AL MIHDHAR and AL HAZMI that lived with and/or visited and were helped by the FBI
informant Abdussattar Shaikh and with the help of the Saudi Omar Al-Bayomi.

The Commission should review and investigate why this information is not in the final
900-page 9/11 report issued by Congress and why the information was withheld from
Congress even though part of it may have once been in the redacted 28 pages of the

I received a phone call from James Lewis, the staff director (who helped write and
assemble the 900 page report) for the House Intelligence Committee over this story
before the Congressional report on 9/11 came out. Lewis told me that I could provide
him with information if I wanted to but he also advised me that I would be under
investigation by law enforcement such as the FBI for anything I told him or provided him
in writing.

Before the Congressional report came out I also had a phone discussion about this same
information with James Hensler, the staff director for the Senate Intelligence Committee
who also helped write the 9/11 Congressional report. The OKC attorney with whom I
have closely worked for almost 9 years, Michael Johnston wrote Mr. Lewis and Mr
Hensler providing some of this information before the 9/11 Congressional report came
out. Mr. Johnston received no response and none of the information was included in the
9/11 Congressional report.

The discussion in items 1-5 above and in items 6-7 below provides a very strong basis to
conclude that Congress was not fully informed and in fact [was] blocked by White House
actions and classifications over the 9/11 plot plans of Khalid Mohammed and what the
FBI ,CIA , CTC and Bush and Clinton administrations knew or should have known from
tracking the 9/11 hijacker pilots for several years before 9/11.

6. George Tenet has said publicly and recently that he and the CIA only got incomplete
information - a first name and a phone number - two years before the 9/11 attacks, from
German intelligence about a member of the Hamburg cell of Atta and Zarrah, namely
9/11 hijacker Al Shehhi.

The Tenet public explanation about Al Shehhi is inconsistent with published accounts that
CIA agent David Edger monitored the Hamburg cell of Atta, Al Shehhi and Zarrah for
almost four years before the 911 attacks with an informant Dakalzani. The CIA and FBI
also appear to not want it publicly learned that a member of the Hamburg cell, Ziah
Jarrah, had his ticket purchased on the Pennsylvania 9/11 flight by an employee of
Oklahoma University (OU) with the knowledge of the FBI at the time when CIA agent
Edger was in Norman working with Tenet's mentor, David Boren, the former Chairman
of the Senate Intelligence Committee and the Chancellor of OU. [Oklahoma University]

Ziah Jarrah's uncle supported Ziah while working for German intelligence and Abu Nidal.

7. In 1998-2000 the CIA learned from monitoring a Malaysian meeting with Hambali and
other Al Qaeda members that Zacahrias Moussaoui was Al Qaeda. And Moussaoui was
sent from Paris via the Hamburg cell by Khalid Mohammed to live with US citizen and
FBI informant Melvin Lattimore while attending the Norman OK Airman flight school.

Lattimore's credit card was used to buy bomb-making materials in the 1993 WTC
bombing. Lattimore was with McVeigh's car and two other FBI informants in OKC at
the time of the OKC bombing and was named to the FBI as part of the OKC bombing one
day after the bombing. CIA operative Khalid Mohammed used Lattimore for roles in the
1993 WTC, the OKC and the 9/11 attacks.

The CIA's top man at the CTC, Cofer Black, was in a position to have known and to have
told Tenet about the connections of Moussaoui with Al Qaeda and his monitoring in OK
by FBI informant Melvin Lattimore. Groups associated with the CTC blocked Minnesota
FBI agents from searching Moussaoui's computer when the FBI (Dale Watson) and CIA
(Black) CTC knew from 1998 -2000 that Moussauoi was Al Qaeda and training for a
terror mission with hijacked airliners.

8. OKC bombing witness Gloria Smith is the Director of the Travelers Aid that was down
the street from the bombed Murrah Federal building in OKC. Smith and three of her
co-workers saw three key suspects that were FBI informants with McVeigh's car at the
Travelers Aid.

One of the suspects is the known terrorist and the long time FBI informant, Melvin
Lattimore who is also a Black Muslim originally from St Louis.

Lattimore was Zacharias Moussaoui's roommate who Khalid Mohammed had sent via
Paris and the Hamberg cell to live with Lattimore while Moussaoui attended the Norman
OK flight school. Lattimore's credit card was used to buy bomb-making materials for the
Khalid Mohammed planned and Ramzi Yousef executed 1993 WTC attack. Other
informants named Lattimore to the FBI one day after the OKC bombing as a participant
in the OKC bombing. Yet the FBI did nothing adequate about the FBI informant Melvin

Lattimore was Federally imprisoned in November 2001 for carrying a weapon in
violation of a prior felony conviction of stockpiling explosives. Lattimore was to have
been released in November 2003. Lattimore's attorney was Susan Otto, McVeigh's original
attorney, who once told attorney Stephen Jones that Jones' opinion of the US government
would never be the same if Jones learned what the US government's role in the OKC
bombing had been. Jones described the Otto statement in his book "Others Unknown". (3)

Melvin Lattimore worked with Khalid Mohammed to help do the 1993 WTC, the OKC
and the 9/11 attacks all while known to the FBI. Adanan Shukrijumah was sent to
Oklahoma after 9/11 with two other Al Qaeda accomplices by Khalid Mohammed to
conduct terrorist acts on the US. The men are pilots and are believed to be carrying small
footprint WMDS. The FBI claims that they cannot find the men even though the FBI has
confirmed that the men were inside the US twice in 2003.

Lattimore is now out of prison and could harm Smith. The DOJ and FBI should get
Lattimore off the street before he could harm Smith. Unless Lattimore is found and
stopped, Lattimore can connect up again with a known Al Qaeda terrorist Adan
Shukrijumah at large inside the US and sent by Khalid Mohammed to attempt another
terror attack inside the US.

Even as an FBI informant, Lattimore should still be considered as a terrorist and the
911 Commission should understand that the FBI has proven three times that the FBI's
awareness of Lattimore failed to stop the 1993 WTC, the OKC and the 9/11 attacks. A
fourth attempt by the FBI to monitor Lattimore to track Al Qaeda and other terrorists like
Adnan Shukrijumah could once again prove to be a fatal mistake.

The other two suspects and known FBI informants identified with Lattimore and
McVeigh's car by Smith and her co-workers at the Travelers Aid in OKC were Peter
Langan and James Rosencrans. See item 9 also.

Langan was taken out of prison by the FBI and Secret Service in 1994 to do undercover
work on domestic and foreign terrorism inside the US. While working for the FBI he
robbed banks in the MidWest, was photographed painting hand grenades at the FBI-infiltrated
compound, Elohim City, and was with Rosencrans and Lattimore at the
Travelers aid with McVeigh's car just before the OKC bombing.

Rosencrans was a drug dealer and Fortier's next-door neighbor in Arizona. Rosencrans
was allowed by the FBI to keep the proceeds from the pawning of guns that were stolen
from gun dealer Roger Moore, the FBI and prosecutors had testified (perjury) were used
to fund the OKC bombings. Rosencrans was the FBI's star witness against McVeigh at
the Federal Grand Jury in OKC in June and July 1995. Yet Rosencrans had large amounts
of ammonium nitrate like [that which was] used to make the OKC bomb
found dumped in his back yard right after the OKC bombing. (snip)

10. This item should be known by the CIA and Tenet and should also be investigated by
the 9/11 Commission:

Federal court testimony revealed that gun dealer Roger Moore was an FBI and CIA
operative at the time he knew McVeigh and encouraged him for almost two years to
attack Federal buildings and do the OKC bombing to "combat the new world order"
according to Moore's letters to McVeigh. Moore had a CIA based contract to build
nitromethane (believed used with ammonium nitrate and fuel oil in the OKC bombing
and sought out by McVeigh and Fortier in OKC) powered drug interdiction boats in
Florida with HW Bush close associate Aranow, (4) involved in Iran Contra. Moore also introduced McVeigh to an explosives chemist, Steve Coburn in Arizona before the OKC bombing.

Moore is the man who testified at the Nichols Federal trial and recanted his testimony in
a published letter a few months later. Nothing was ever done to Moore about his false
testimony. The US prosecutors had claimed that guns were stolen from Moore to help
pay for the OKC bombing. (snip) ....

Moore's alias with McVeigh, “Robert Miller”, was used by FBI informant Peter Langan
(see item 7) on a phony drivers license found with Langan's belongings.

Langan's father was a high level official at the CIA. Langan was taken out of Federal
prison in 1994 by the FBI and Secret Service to do undercover work on domestic and
foreign intelligence. Langan was filmed by BATF informant Carol Howe at the FBI and
CIA infiltrated Elohim City compound in OK where CIA, FBI and German intelligence
informant Andreas Strassmeyer also worked. Strassmeyer worked with Colonel Petroskie
connected to the CIA and was protected by the US State Department and FBI during
undercover operations (1989-1995) at the Elohim compound in Oklahoma including
Strassmeyer contacts with Tim McVeigh.

15. A number of FBI agents like Robert Wright of Chicago have publicly complained
that they were only allowed to follow known terrorists for years inside the US but never
allowed to open a criminal investigation against them for prosecution and arrest.

16. Former FBI Director Louis Freeh told the Senate Judiciary Committee and Senator
Orin Hatch in May 1995 that the FBI was monitoring known Abu Nidal terror cells in
Dallas, LA and Virginia without taking them off the streets. Freeh told the committee that
the FBI was also deliberately helping known terrorist individuals come into the US to
populate and track the Nidal cells for years. (emphasis mine)

The problem with this policy by Freeh which the Judiciary Committee did not object to is
that while Abu Nidal worked directly for Iraq he trained terror mastermind Khalid
Mohammed, his nephew Ramzi Yousef (1993 WTC bombing), along with 9/11 terror
hijackers Mohammed Atta and Ziad Jarrah.

17. Senator Orin Hatch openly told journalist Cal Thomas for a 1998 published interview
that the FBI was closely monitoring (but not taking off the streets) over 2000 known
terrorists inside the US. (snip)


19. FBI agents in Sacramento, California used Egyptian Ali Mohammed [emphasis mine – see sections on Ali Mohammed below] as an informant from 1992 until 1996 while Ali Mohammed participated in Al Qaeda operations around the world. The CIA should have been aware of Ali Mohammed's operations during this time as well. Ali Mohammed wrote Bin Laden's terrorist training manual, not just Mohammed Atef, according to what CIA official LC Johnson admitted to me.

Ali Mohammed helped Bin Laden write the Al Qaeda terrorist manual using US
intelligence manuals and information Ali gained while he served as a US Green Beret and
worked for a time for the CIA. Ali moved Bin Laden from Sudan to Afghanistan while
CIA agent Cofer Black of the CTC was in the Sudan monitoring Bin Laden's activities.

Ali Mohammed was used by the FBI to squire Dr. Ayman Zawahiri around inside the US
in 1995 possibly along with Khalid Mohammed as well.

During that time Ali Mohammed helped Khalid Mohammed set up terrorist cells
throughout the US, trained Bin Laden terrorists in the US on how to use US intelligence
manuals and to deliver bombs, biological, chemical and possibly nuclear weapons in the
US. Ali was indicted in New York in December 1998 along with Bin Laden's secretary el
Hage for the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center, the Kenyan and Tanzanian
Embassy bombings and for setting up Bin Laden terrorist cells in the US.

El Hage had been living in Dallas and [was] tracked by the FBI in Dallas for several years
before his arrest. When arrested, Ali was carrying US intelligence manuals and
documents on how to plant explosive devices in public buildings. Explosive devices were
planted inside the Murrah building based on eyewitness accounts and forensic experts. In
addition to an exploded Ryder truck, evidence of exploded and non-exploded devices was
found at the scene.

FBI and CIA asset Ali Mohammed may have had a role with Khalid Mohammed in the
1995 OKC Oklahoma City bombing because of the direct participation of Ali and Khalid
Mohammed with the same men in the OKC bombing that were also involved in the 1993
WTC attacks, namely Anas and Asad Siddiqy, Mohammed Chafti (see item 1), and
Melvin Lattimore (see items 1,7, Cool

Heck. It's late here and I've got to catch some shuteye before work this morning, so I'm gonna take a break at this point. Sometime between now and the next two days (or nights) I'll be back here to continue. Thanks again for being patient with me as I try to unravel the greatest myth of the 21rst century - the so-called War on Terror.

Next sitting we'll get into one most-nefarious individual, a man named Ali Mohammed, who is a CIA asset, an FBI informant, a former U.S. Army Green Beret at Fort Bragg, and a major al Qaeda operative. His story is perhaps the best example which is clearly documented to show how the U.S. Intelligence community, at the whim of the shadow government operatives who've infested our otherwise noble Intelligence community, use major criminals and terrorists to influence and shape U.S. foreign policy and U.S. domestic policy. In other words, we're going to look at how this shadow government serves the needs of the global financiers who manipulate the activities of all industrialized nation-states to produce the climate of fear they need to further their one-world government. We will also be looking into the phenomenon called "false-flag terrorism".
